Our memberships are designed to help mission-driven organizations better Utah’s communities. We believe in the power of collaboration, and hope to build a community that promotes mutual success.

There are a few required qualifications for membership. These are:

  • Hold 501(c) status and be able to provide Indie Square with a sales-tax determination letter

  • Have mission-alignment with Indie Square's values and core principles

  • Be a mission-driven organization that aims to better Utah’s communities

At Indie Square, we believe in principles of trust and radical transparency. Additionally, we understand that right now is the most difficult it’s ever been for nonprofit and community-based organizations. That’s why all of our agreements are month-to-month. Beyond that, we do our best to work alongside our members, not against them.
