Indie Square’s goal is to build an empowering environment where individuals collaborate, inspire one another, and collectively strive for excellence. We believe that there is no better way to achieve this than bringing people together in open and welcoming spaces.

Indie Square has three spaces for your next meeting, equipped with technology to impress your team and your guests. Learn about those rooms below below, and get in touch if you have any questions!

We understand that cost can be an issue, especially for grassroots nonprofits. We often donate our spaces to mission driven organizations. Email vincent@indiesquare.org if you are interested in using the space.

Training Room

Our training room is the perfect place to host a large workshop, class, or meeting. Equipped with modern technology and rolling furniture, the training room can adjust to fit your needs.

Arranged classroom-style, the space can accommodate roughly 20 attendees. If you need space for more, we can remove the tables and accommodate 30-35 attendees lecture-style.

  • This space is best used for:

    • Large meetings

    • Lectures and classes

    • Luncheons

    • Strategic planning sessions

    • Networking events

  • The training room is equipped with the following amenities:

    • Touchscreen Vibe Boards

    • Bluetooth speaker system

    • Dry-erase boards

    • Water/drink pitchers

    • Tablecloths, serverware, tongs, wine glasses, etc.

  • Nonprofit Rate: $60/hour

    Nonprofit Champion Rate: $120/hour

Meetings in the Training Room may also take advantage of the Lobby upon request. This option is easiest to accommodate on evenings and weekends.

Training Room Layouts

Board Room

Our board room is a great place to host board meetings or small gathering. With limited teleconferencing abilities and a digital dry erase board, the conference room is perfect for those times you and your team need to get stuff done. The table can accommodate 10 meeting attendees.

Conference Room

Our conference room is a great place to host team meetings or a hybrid call. With a large table able to accommodate 12 with more on Zoom or Google Meet, this room is perfect for long meetings with many voices.
